Condo Inspection

Proulx Construction also offers a service of condo inspection for unit owners who are away for a period of time.

Our service includes bi-monthly visits/inspection, during the visits a specialist checks for leaks, electrical, plumbing or any possible problems which may need immediate attention to avoid any major damage to your unit or neighboring units.

This service is a low cost service, the price for a 6 months contract varies between $200.00 and $300.00 depending on the size of the unit and the distance.
